As part of this year's Armed Forces Day National Event in Falmouth, Cornwall, SSAFA and our partners at Halo Sports, have organised two charity bike rides through the spectacular Cornish countryside.  

There are two rides to choose from – a 100km (62 miles) road route for advanced cyclists, and a 40km (25 miles) gravel and road route for families and beginners.  Both routes start and finish at Pendennis Point, beneath Pendennis Castle in Falmouth.

The cycling begins at 09:00 - a perfect way to get some exercise following the Armed Forces Day celebrations the day before. 

Registration Fees:

£20 (online, £25 on the day) - 40km family gravel and road route.

£35 (online, £40 on the day) - 100km advanced road route.
