The Bridge for Heroes is thrilled to have been awarded the Thrive Together grant from the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust (AFCFT) to support our new initiative, Veterans Voice. Building on the successful work of our Veterans Places Pathways and People Programme (VPPP), this grant will enable us to provide comprehensive support for veterans and their families across the East of England. The region covers those living in Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Peterborough, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Essex.
