Welcome to the East of England Region Veterans' Places, Pathways and People Programme (VPPP)
____________
Launched in 2022 by The Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust and now entering its 2nd phase, the project's main mission is to create better more sustainable support for ex-service personnel in their communities. The East of England region covers those living in Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Peterborough, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Essex.
From 2022 to early 2024 eleven projects were awarded a grant to continue their efforts in providing wider pathways for supporting veterans. As part of the 2nd phase of the programme, we are currently developing a strategic plan by consulting the wider ex-service community on how best to allocate future funds to provide the support ex-service personnel, their families and carers need.
