  Ability: All weightlifters!
  The Big Scottish Lift Up is a virtual weightlifting competition being organised by SSAFA Scotland.
• Open to all, wherever you are based in the world, this online event will allow you to face off against like-minded lifters, demonstrating your skill and strength whilst raising money for the incredible work SSAFA does for the Armed Forces community.

  Tough Mudder is more than just an obstacle course. Built on a foundation of teamwork and overcoming obstacles, it’s a chance to unplug from the daily grind, experience the unexpected, and accomplish something bigger than yourself.
• Join us in South London and take on either a 5k course packed full of 3 obstacles, or a 10k course, featuring 20 of our best obstacles including Electroshock Therapy. Time to get… buzzed.

• Distance: 22.6/14.5/3 miles
  Ability: Beginner
  Take part in the amazing atmosphere of the Kiltwalk for SSAFA.
• You have three walking distances to pick from Mighty Stride (22.6 miles), Big Stroll (14.5 miles) and Wee Wander (approx. 3-5 miles).
• Every single penny raised for SSAFA will be topped up by a HUGE 50%* thanks to the generosity of Sir Tom Hunter and The Hunter Foundation. That means if you raise £60 for SSAFA we will receive £90!
• Free SSAFA places are available for all walks and distances.
